Welcome to EmptyRO. If you are new or a veteran of Ragnarok Online, then you are welcome here. Currently we are working on this webpage, and also updating from the text version of eAthena to the sql version, which is better. We also are setting up an MIRC server, which will be up soon enough. If you already have kRO then all you need to do is download the sclientinfo, which has a link at the bottom. If you dont have kRO, then follow this guide.
1. First download a torrent downloading program, preferably Azureus, which also has a link at the bottom.
2. Download the emptyRO torrent file, which is also linked to at the bottom.
3. After all this, run your torrent dling program, and open up emptyRO.torrent with it and it should begin the download. Please be pacient as well, it is a very awesome game.
4. Once it has completed downloading, you can deleted azureus if you want.
5. You need to then download the sclientinfo, which can be found at the bottom.
6. Put the sclientinfo into the datafolder of emptyRO folder, and then run the game!
7. Connect to emptyRO and if you dont have an account yet then type in DESIREDACCOUNTNAME_M if you want to be a male, and DESIREDACCOUNTNAME_F if you want to be a female. Of course replace DESIREDACCOUNTNAME with whatever you want to log in as. In the future, dont add the _M or _F, you only have to do that when creating an account.
8. Create a character and log into the Ragnarok World. If you have any questions then you can whisper to either shadow or emptythought, the two current admins of the server. All credit toward server goes to emptythought, and I, shadow am hosting this website and the MIRC server hopefully. We encourage you to tell your friends about the game.
